Congratulations on your pregnancy! During my pregnancy i found there was a serious lack of information out there on how to move safely throughout each trimester which is why i knew I wanted to release my very own Pregnancy pack to help you stay on top of your fitness levels, boost endorphins, correct posture and balance your mental wellbeing.
My workout cards were created after years of telling my clients to write down the moves we performed during PT sessions. To use these cards correctly all you have to do is pick the correct cards for each trimester of your pregnancy, then think about your energy levels and amount of time available and pick cards to suit.
There are 61 individual exercises in this pack split by trimester and into legs, abs, upper body and cardio as well as 10 set workouts at the back of the pack to give you a little inspiration but once you’ve got the hang of those you can go rogue and pick your own cards. Each pack has a picture of the exercise and a description of how to perform the move on the back, as well as a guide on reps, sets and rest and even come with a selection of motivational quotes to keep you on the fitness wagon! I have also included tips on Pelvic floor and breathing exercises which should be performed daily if possible. Each pack is the smaller than a pack of playing cards making them perfect to take with you wherever you go.
