When did you decide to become a Personal Trainer?
I was never particularly talented and had never known what direction I was meant to
take career-wise. After years working in a job that I disliked, I turned to YouTube in
the hope that it would point me in the direction of my talents. Luckily for me my
incredible subscribers and online community made me realise just how much I loved

How long did it take you to get abs?
I have always been into fitness but it wasn’t until I understood the balance between
Nutrition, Exercise, Stress and the correct exercises for my body that my abs began to
show. I believe anyone can get abs but there are several different types so always be
realistic with what your body is capable of and remember abs are not everything, it’s
about being the best version of you.
How Can I Lose Weight?
There is no big secret to weight-loss, its simply a lifestyle change. Diets don’t work
because they’re temporary and only lead to binging or unhappiness. Small changes make
big differences - you don’t always have to remove things from your life to lose weight,
sometimes it’s about swapping it for a healthier alternative or adding a new routine to
your day. Anyone can succeed, if they really want it.
