HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE GUIDE?

When you've completed your order - on the final order confirmation page of the checkout process - you will receive a link to download the book. Click on the link and your download will begin.
You will also receive an email containing your download link.

If you've not received either of these links, you probably haven't finished going through the whole payment process. Did you receive an order confirmation email? If not, you've not yet actually bought the Guide.
If you've definitely purchased, but still don't have a link, please email one of my store managers and they will get back to you within two working days: contact@carlyrowenashop.com

I CAN'T FIND MY DOWNLOAD

If you've successfully purchased and downloaded the Guide, but can't find your download, here's what to do:

Make sure the Guide has downloaded fully - it's about 50MB in size (quite a large file) so if you're on a slow internet connection it might take a few minutes to download.

Do you have enough space on your device for a 50MB file? If not, you'll need to make that much space available, before you can download the Guide.

If you're sure it has definitely downloaded, try looking in these places:

- iPhone / Apple Mac tablet: Open the iBooks app and the Guide should be visible.
- Android phone / tablet: Go to the 'downloads' folder.
- Desktop / Laptop: Go to the downloads folder, sort by date, with most recent at the top and you'll see it.

If you're still not able to find your downloaded Guide, please email one of my store managers and they will get back to you within two working days: contact@carlyrowenashop.com

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I DOWNLOAD IT?

You can download the book a total of three (3) times. This allows you to download the book onto more than one device (e.g. phone, laptop, tablet etc.). There's no excuse not to have it with you :  )

HOW DO I OPEN AND READ THE GUIDE?

You'll need some software that can open a PDF. Most devices will be able to open a PDF. Apple 'Preview' can do this. Some internet browsers can view PDFs.
If your device doesn't have the necessary software, there are many available for free. Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is good and you can download it here - free of charge: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

CAN I DOWNLOAD IT FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

No matter where in the world you are, as long as you can get online (which I'm assuming you can, as you're reading this), you can download my Guide.

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

If, during checkout, you entered the wrong email address, just contact one of my store managers (contact@carlyrowenashop.com) and, within two working days, they will update your email address and resend your download link.
You will still have received a download link at the end of the payment process - so there shouldn't be any delay in you being able to start getting gorgeous!

ISSUE WITH MY DOWNLOAD

If you have any issue with your downloaded Guide, please contact one of my shop managers via: contact@carlyrowenashop.com
They aim to respond to you within two working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Waiving your right to cancel: If you download a product within 14 days of purchasing it, you waive your right to cancel the order of that product and get a refund.
If, within 14 days of purchasing a Get Gorgeous Guide, you download it, we will not then be able to refund you the cost of the Guide.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered within two weeks of you placing it.

P&P Fees
To calculate your P&P fees, please place all items you wish to purchase in your cart and ensure all quantities are correct - then use the P&P calculator at the bottom of the Cart page.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver worldwide.
All orders will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks of being made.

All major currencies are accepted - via all major credit/debit cards or PayPal.

Your order will be processed in GBP.
Please note: Your payment provider may charge you a fee for purchasing in a different currency. It is advisable to check with your payment provider, before shopping.

RETURNS

If you wish to return, exchange or report an issue with an item or order, please email contact@carlyrowenashop.com

You will receive a response within 2 working days.

Please do not send anything back without first waiting for a response to your email. It may be that you do not need to send the item back.

If you are required to send anything back, a shop manager will need to confirm the correct return address for you.
If you return any items, please use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
If your item does not arrive, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

INCORRECT ORDER INFO

If, during checkout, you entered any of your information incorrectly (wrong item, size, delivery name or address etc.) please email contact@carlyrowenashop.com with 'Urgent! Incorrect order info!' in the subject, quoting your order number (e.g. '#CRG-9999:') and the necessary corrections.

A shop manager will respond to you with two working days.
